MAHFITT Privacy

MAHFITT is a private member fitness application operated by FOB Systems. This page explains the information the product is designed to use and why.
Information MAHFITT may use
Member and training information. Member identity, assigned programs, workout entries, set values, notes, training history, progress data, calendar activity, messages and related coaching records may be stored so the service can provide the member experience.
Meal Grade. If you use the meal camera, the photos you choose to capture are uploaded to private member storage and can be used to create the Meal Grade result and meal log. When automated visual analysis is enabled, those saved photos may be sent to the configured vision provider for analysis. The member interface includes deletion and Meal Grade storage-wipe controls.
MAH PLAYER and Themes. Audio that a member or coach intentionally uploads can be stored for that member. Links to supported third-party media services are loaded from those services when used. MAHFITT's listening-intelligence feature is designed around compact listening summaries rather than storing a raw second-by-second playback timeline.
Health summaries. Health features are optional. When an Apple Health export is imported, supported records are parsed into bounded daily summaries; the raw Health export itself is not uploaded by the MAHFITT browser parser. A member can also choose to send supported daily summaries through the Health Sync flow.
Payments. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe's secure checkout flow. FOB Systems does not store card numbers in MAHFITT.
Device permissions
MAHFITT requests access only when a feature needs it, such as camera access for Meal Grade or local file access when you choose a file to import or upload. Browser and operating-system controls remain available to revoke those permissions.
Service providers
MAHFITT can rely on infrastructure and specialist providers to perform specific product functions, including Netlify for hosting/serverless delivery, Supabase for private application data and storage, Stripe for payments, configured AI vision providers for Meal Grade analysis, supported media providers for linked playback, and RepDB for optional exercise illustrations. Each provider processes only the information needed for the feature being used.
Search and public discovery
The public MAHFITT marketing, privacy and support pages are indexable. Authenticated member routes and member data are intentionally marked noindex and are served with private/no-store behavior.
Deletion and support
Some product areas include direct deletion controls, including Meal Grade storage controls. For account-level questions, access requests or deletion requests that are not exposed directly in the interface, use the MAHFITT support form.

This notice may change as MAHFITT adds or removes product capabilities. The update date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.
